What do you charge?
Many factors are considered before a booking. All services are case by case basis, and under reasonable circumstances negotiation is carefully conducted. You should know a few things getting started: What kind of event? Who or What is this for: Personal, Business, Corporate, Commercial, Collaboration? When is the event? Where is the occasion? Is there a set rate for this occasion? What is your budget? Will this be televised? Who is sponsoring the occasion? Will there be a team or coordinator to check in with? Who is the point of contact? What is the Start and Finish time for your request? Is this indoors or outdoors? How many people are involved? Is there an itinerary? Are there any accommodations? Are there any legal obligations? Professional appearances, projects, and performances can cost anywhere from $300-$1,000.
Where are you based?
Ryan is from West Tennessee & travels to various locations outside of the region. Requests do not have travel restrictions. All inquiries are considered. All work is based in the USA.

All clients receive a consultation, check list, invoice, follow up, and a percentage off for the next experience after any paid services.

NOW ACCEPTING 2026-2027 BOOKING REQUESTS
(EXCERPT FROM BOOKING POLICY)
Note: Please send all booking requests as early as possible before the event date! Booking requests should be made at least 2 weeks before the event date but adjustments can be made. If this is a ticketed event or if the location of the event is more than 40 miles away from Ryan Brooks, an honorarium is required. The honorarium/travel expenses can be negotiated between the two parties when the first meeting occurs (schools and nonprofit organizations are exempt).
DEPOSIT & RESERVATION POLICY
To secure the services for the designated date and time, Client must pay a non-refundable retainer deposit of 50% of the total estimated project cost. No dates are reserved, and no pre-production work (scripting, storyboarding, or location scouting) will begin, until this deposit is paid in full and the contract is signed by both parties. This deposit will be applied toward the final project invoice.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, & REFUND POLICY
1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Because Ryan Brooks turns away other booking opportunities to commit to the Client’s project, the initial deposit is strictly non-refundable if the Client cancels the project or event for any reason.
2. Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the project within 14 days of the scheduled production date, the Client remains liable for the remaining balance of the contract.
3. Client Rescheduling: The Client may request to reschedule the production date up to 7 days prior to the original date. A rescheduling fee of $250 may apply to cover lost crew availability or rented equipment costs. Rescheduled dates must fall within 90 days of the original date, subject to vendor availability.
4. Provider Inclement Weather or Force Majeure: If production is impossible due to extreme weather, safety hazards, acts of God, or unexpected equipment failure, Ryan Brooks will offer a full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit, or provide a mutual reschedule date at no extra charge. Ryan Brooks is not liable for any secondary expenses incurred by the Client.
